About: Me & The Site

I'm Bri. I'm 25, and I want to be a professor. I review books for publishers and authors. I'm currently working on my Masters in Communication, with my thesis on marketing teen literature.

I perform improv and adore Saturday Night Live. I've watched the show since I was 13 or so, and I'd like to be a staff writer one day. I also would like to be a screenwriter, and I'm working on a young adult novel about a girl who loves comedy. It is basically a thinly-veiled wittier, smarter, better-dressed, more interesting version of me. Being a professor would allow me to pursue my literary interests and do the "writer thing."

My improv troupe performed the longform format, The Harold. Improv is the best stress reliever I could ever have. I got into improv to create characters for my sketch comedy. By doing shows, it gave me a greater appreciation for the SNL cast. I could feel the work and creativity that goes into it.

I made this site for Kristen because I immediately noticed her on SNL during her first appearances 2005-2006. I considered making a fansite, but didn't until summer 2007, when I saw her in Knocked Up. Her official site was "under construction" for months, and I decided with her getting bigger roles in films, the internet needed a fansite. Ta-da.
